Will I have to replace my secretary?

No. Using the SAVE Scribe solution will free up your secretary's time to dedicate to duties that add maximum value. Our service can be a reliable back-up to your existing systems and reliance on locum secretaries can be eliminated.
 
Will the SAVE Scribe solution be as accurate as my secretary?

Our employees would take a short while to attune to a new doctor's dictation style, as any new secretary would, though once they are comfortable with that particular doctor's dictation style they will rival that of any good medical secretary.

What will Turn-Around Times be for my reports?

We guarantee that every report will be returned to you within 24 hours on a consistent basis. We clearly state this clause in our Service Level Agreement.

What will my Savings be?

What is different about our service is you pay on a 'per line' basis, which means that you do not waste funds on paying staff for unproductive time, and only for the production of your reports to the line. Also by leveraging our wage arbitrage, we can on average save your organisation 40% on current typing costs. Savings will also be made on such things as providing space, computers, electricity and ancillary supporting staff, etc.

What about Speech Recognition?

Technical research has shown that current speech recognition softwares do not compare with transcription, because far too much time is wasted on manually editing these reports, and accuracy and consistency in the long run is just not up to mark.
